Mice of C57Bl\/6 recieved 2 or 4 % trehalose solution (plus<br \/>\nin intermittent mode) per os during 2 weeks as treatment. Activity of autophagy (LC3-II<br \/>\nmarker), level of amyloid-beta, activity of neuroinflammation (Iba1 marker) in hypoccampus,<br \/>\nrecovery of cognition (fear memory test) were studied.
