Analysis of<br \/>\nphosphate dynamics in the medium and the results of Raman scattering spectroscopy<br \/>\nindicated the cycle of phosphate consumption and release during cultivation under oxic and<br \/>\nanoxic conditions, respectively, which was typical of PAO. The highest content of<br \/>\nintracellular phosphorus was 16.5 \u00b1 0.15% of the dry ash-free biomass. Molecular genetic<br \/>\nanalysis and FISH revealed the taxonomic diversity of the microbial community, in which<br \/>\nmembers of the \u201cCa. \u0410ccumulibacter\u201d group were the major PAO.<\/p>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/bgrssb.icgbio.ru\/2022\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2022\/07\/\u0441\u0442\u0435\u043d\u0434.pdf\" class=\"pdfemb-viewer\" style=\"\" data-width=\"max\" data-height=\"max\"  data-toolbar=\"bottom\" data-toolbar-fixed=\"off\">\u0441\u0442\u0435\u043d\u0434<br\/><\/a>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>by Anna Pelevina | J.J.
