Voevodsky Institute of Chemical Kinetics and<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Gorenja SB RAS, Novosibirsk, Russia | Research Institute of Clinical and Experimental Lymphology \u2013<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Branch of the Institute of Cytology and Genetics, SB RAS, Novosibirsk, Russia<\/em><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Morphological parameters of erythrocytes practically remain unchanged after contact with<br \/>\nsorbents.<br \/>\n(thickness, diameter, volume, surface, hemoglobin content and concentration<\/li>\n<li>Within the norm, there is a slight change in the functional parameters associated with the<br \/>\nanion exchanger &#8211; the band 3 (B3) protein, which removes carbon dioxide from red blood cells (in the form of<br \/>\nthe HCO3 anion, this process limits the entire oxygen exchange in the body).<\/li>\n<li>Al2O3@PDMS\/Ag increases all indicators (by 1.2-1.4 times) compared to the sorbent without<br \/>\nsilver, including the ultimate extensibility of the erythrocyte membrane (MCER).
