Electrostatic Spray Nozzle Systems

A high-speed electrostatic spray nozzle is used in applications where high pressure spraying is required. An electrostatic spray nozzle consists of an upright tube which has an air chamber at one end and a nozzle head at the other. An air powered electrostatic spray nozzle consists of an extended nozzle body having a longer nozzle body and an attached spray tip chamber attached at an aft end of the tube body.
