Our work is devoted to structure of crystalline DNA-Dps complex, which contained Dps protein in its altered quaternary structure. Atom positions of this quaternary structure were obtained from three monomers of known dodecameric structure of Dps protein, which was subjected to energy relaxation process during 1 μs in full atomic forcefield in Gromacs 5.1. After that Dps trimers and DNA molecules were arranged in experimental electron density of a crystal complexes obtained from TEM.
