• The deadline for participant registration on the conference website:
  – for abstract submission for an oral or poster presentation for ICG SB RAS employee — March 15, 2026;
  – for abstract submission for an oral or poster presentation for other participants (i.e., not employees of the ICG SB RAS) — April 6, 2026;
  – for in-person participation without a presentation (attendees/accompanying persons) — May 20, 2026;
  – for remote viewing of the online broadcast — June 18, 2026.
