- Vavilov Journal of Genetics and Breeding. One of Russia’s leading journals, publishing papers across a wide range of current topics, including plant and animal genetics and breeding, medical genetics, bioinformatics, systems biology, and related fields. The journal is published in two versions: Russian and English. It is included in the RSCI core, as well as the Russian Science Citation Index, and is included in the List of Russian peer-reviewed scientific journals in which the main research results of doctoral and candidate dissertations must be published. In the “White List” (2025) of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, the journal was assigned Level 1. It is indexed in DOAJ, the Directory of Open Access Journals. All issues of the English-language version are indexed in the international bibliometric databases WoS Core Collection (Q3) and Scopus (Q2), and are deposited in the free search system PubMed Central. The journal welcomes original theoretical and experimental research conducted using sound methodology, as well as review articles on topical issues.
- Letters to the Vavilov Journal of Genetics and Breeding. An online journal included in RSCI, indexed in DOAJ, and included in the List of Russian peer-reviewed scientific journals in which the main research results of doctoral and candidate dissertations must be published in the following specialties: genetics (biological sciences), cell biology (biological sciences), breeding, seed production and plant biotechnology (biological sciences and agricultural sciences). In the “White List” (2025) of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, the journal was assigned Level 4. The journal accepts experimental, methodological and theoretical research papers, analytical reviews in all areas of genetics and breeding, bioinformatics and systems biology, as well as related fields of biological and agricultural sciences; papers on the history of genetics and breeding; and descriptions of plant varieties and animal breeds.
- Siberian Scientific Medical Journal. A peer-reviewed open-access journal published in both print and electronic formats. The journal focuses on medical, biological, chemical and psychological sciences. It is indexed in Scopus (Q4), RSCI, and the Russian Science Citation Index, and is included in the List of Russian peer-reviewed scientific journals in which the main research results of doctoral and candidate dissertations must be published, in the “White List” (2025) (Level 1), and in DOAJ. The journal accepts original articles, reviews, and clinical case reports addressing fundamental problems in medical biology, medical genetics, bioinformatics and systems biology, clinical and preventive medicine, as well as human ecology.
