Registration fee

Due to difficulties with transferring funds from foreign countries to the Russian Federation, the Organizing Committee would like to inform international participants of the following regarding the payment of registration fees:

• International participants who reside in Russia while working or studying at Russian institutions (research institutes, universities, and others) must pay the registration fee in advance. Detailed payment methods and bank details are available in the “Registration Fees” section of the website in Russian.
  After making the payment, please immediately send proof of payment (receipt / payment order / payment slip) to the Organizing Committee’s email address: bgrs2026@bionet.nsc.ru 
  International participants residing in countries from which money transfers in rubles are available must also pay in advance (for example, this can be done from some Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) countries). The payment details are available at the same link.
• International participants who plan to attend the conference in person (i.e. travel to Novosibirsk, Russia) and register on the conference website selecting the “In-person participation” option may pay the registration fee upon arrival in Russia, at the conference itself on the first day, at the registration desk. To do this, you will need to exchange your currency into rubles in advance (before the conference begins), since the registration fee will be accepted in rubles. Therefore, those who register on the conference website and indicate the “in-person” form of participation do not need to pay the registration fee in advance.
• International participants from countries from which a transfer in rubles is not possible may participate in the conference free of charge. This applies only to participation formats involving an online presentation (and abstract publication) or absentee participation (abstract publication in the conference proceedings only, without an online presentation). The exception is participants whose colleagues from the same institution are traveling to the conference for in-person participation. In this case, the registration fee on your behalf must be paid by your colleagues.
• Please note that to participate and submit an abstract, you must register on the website using the following link. The registration deadline is April 6.
• Please be informed that all participants who pay for participation during the days of the conference will receive the closing financial documents from our Institute’s finance department (contract, certificate of completion, universal transfer document, receipt).
