Visa

Dear guest,
We cordially welcome you to be a participant at the 15th International Conference on Bioinformatics of Genome Regulation and Structure/Systems Biology (BGRS/SB-2026, Russia, Novosibirsk, July 6-11, 2026). To ensure the receipt of a visa for a brief stay in Russia during the Conference, we kindly ask you to provide following information:

  1. your passport* photocopies:
    • the pages with photo and
    • the pages for your passport validity marks (if pages are different from those with the photo)
  2. filled-in Data List for Invitation Letter.

* IT IS IMPORTANT: passport should expire not earlier than within six months after last day of stay in Russia.

The completed application form and scanned passport pages should be sent to the e-mail of the organizing committee (bgrs2026@bionet.nsc.ru) with the subject line (visa for BGRS/SB-2026).

For citizens of China, based on the Russian Presidential Decree on the temporary procedure for entry into and exit from the Russian Federation for citizens of the People’s Republic of China (according to information published on the website of the Russian Embassy in China):
Citizens of the PRC may, until and including 14 September 2026, enter Russia and stay in Russia for no more than 30 days without obtaining a visa, on the basis of an ordinary PRC passport, for private (guest) or business purposes, as tourists, to participate in scientific, cultural, socio-political, economic, and sporting events, to transit through Russia, and to depart from Russia.
