Symposium “Genetics/genomics, bioinformatics and systems biology of plants”
The symposium “Genetics, bioinformatics and systems biology of plants” is dedicated to bioinformatics approaches of analysis of structural and functional organization of the genome, transcriptome and the integration of acquired knowledge into the plant system biology. As part of the section, it is also expected to discuss the molecular development and use of genetic models to meet the challenges of systems biology. Reports are welcome that reflect the solution of problems taking into account the specifics of plants: the complex organization of genomes (polyploidy, enrichment with repeats); adaptation to abiotic stress; interaction with symbionts/pathogens; tissue and organ structure and development; analysis of traits related to plant productivity.
