Abstracts

Dear authors!

Please note that the abstracts reviewed and accepted by the Program Committee will be published on the BGRS/SB-2024 conference website. Each abstract, as well as the collection, will receive an ISBN and doi index. Following the conference, proceedings will be available in the Scientific Electronic Library.

Abstract Submission
Abstract file should be in .docx format. Please name your abstract file using the first author’s surname in English (e.g., Ivanov A_ Abstracts) and upload it through your personal account. Abstracts formatted according to the template, see below, and saved in .docx format, should be attached to the abstracts  application. Abstracts not following these guidelines and template may be returned for revision. To apply, you must register. Presentations can be given in either Russian or English.

Abstract structure

  • doi – pre-filled in template, do not delete. After publication, each abstract’s doi will be registered  in the Crossref system.
  • Title
  • Authors
List authors’ names on a separate line, separated by commas: surname first, then initial(s), followed by affiliation indices in upper-case numerals. Mark the corresponding author’s surname with an asterisk (*).
  • Affiliations
List affiliations in order of authors’ names after the author list, without punctuation at the end of each line. Include the corresponding author’s email on a separate line.
  • Key words
Please include a list of keywords (5-10) or phrases that encapsulate the content of your text. These should be typed in lowercase, separated by a semicolon, with no period at the end: keyword; keyword; keyword… This will aid in the searchability of your content.
  • Main Text Structure
We advise structuring your text into the following sections:
    – Motivation and Aim
    – Methods and Algorithms
    – Results
    – Conclusions
    – Funding
    – References (if applicable)

Please ensure all section titles are italicized. Abstracts should be succinct and strictly relevant to the sections.

  • In the Conclusions section, please detail any accessibility to your research results, such as developed software or online availability. If applicable, provide a full address where the program can be accessed.
  • Funding should include any funding sources.
  • Reference
The reference list should follow the order of citation within the text, not in alphabetical order. Please use Arabic numerals in square brackets for citation formatting within the text, e.g., [1, 2].
