Phytotherapy, being the methodological basis of regenerative medicine, is used for the prevention and treatment of metabolic disorders. Modern research has proven high efficiency of plant complexes in the form of extracts for correction of metabolic processes disorders, including physical and biological nature. The use of complex plant extracts has great potential. The poorly studied aspects of the combined action of two secondary metabolites: pentacyclic triterpenoids (ursolic acid) and phytoecdysteroids (ecdystene) remain promising. The research is devoted to the development and study of the effect of leuzea and cranberry extracts composition, containing ecdystene and ursolic acid, respectively, on metabolic processes. The results showed that the composition exhibited adaptogenic, anabolic, hypoglycemic properties in healthy mice; at the same time, it had a positive effect on lipid metabolism parameters and did not worsen the course of pathological processes in pathological mice. In both cases, the application of the developed composition was safe and contributed to the restoration of metabolic parameters.
