This study examines a multiomics approach to study the strain Levilactobacillus brevis 47f to identify its potential use as an adaptogen in aquaculture. Transcriptomic, proteomic and metabolomic analyses identify components potentially involved in adaptogenicity processes. The study also explores the molecular mechanisms of action of the strain to create an effective postbiotic.
