In this work, metabolomic profiles of glioblastoma tissues and peritumoral space were compared using metabolomic screening by HPLC-MS/MS and statistical tests. Using the web tool MetaboAnalyst 6.0, an enrichment analysis was carried out for the list of significant metabolites and overrepresented metabolic pathways were found. We found that sphingolipid metabolism is a statistically significant metabolic process (FDR < 0.05). Next, using ANDSystem, gene networks describing the genetic regulation of sphingolipid metabolism enzymes with the participation of genetic markers of glioblastoma were reconstructed and analyzed.
