In this work we have created TCRscape - a tool that can simultaneously identify dominant clonotypes and assess the phenotype of antigen-specific TCR T-cells obtained using the BD Rhapsody single-cell analysis system. TCRscape is a convenient and fast tool for screening T-cell receptor clonotypes for a comprehensive list of downstream tasks. The selected T-cell receptor clonotypes can serve as candidates for the development of therapeutic constructs that have the potential to be used in many areas, including the treatment of neoplastic diseases and the modulation of immune responses by Treg cells.
