This paper examines the relationship between the information capacity of frequency dictionaries of nucleotide sequences with a thickness of 2 to 20 characters and the biological properties of these sequences. Each nucleotide sequence is assigned a point in 18-dimensional space. The coordinates of a point are the conditional entropies calculated for a given sequence. The composition of clusters formed by projections of points from 18-dimensional space into the space of the first three principal components is analyzed.
