I present the software "DEAr" for normalization of RT-PCR data. This is a special machine intellect for the special task. The program provides differential gene expression analysis. The main aim is to provide an automated solution for targeted studies performing by RT-PCR in clinics and laboratories. There are no strict limitations to apply it for genome-wild transcriptomics. An underling algorithm was previously presented on BGRS/SB-2022. Now I present ready to use software. The software is packed as executable file working with Excel files, doesn't require programming skills or additional software. A detailed description and the program are provided in preprint version.
It is an original algorithm to solve the problem of normalization. Additional attention was applied to provide robustness and make it work with data containing missing values. While the program itself identifies stable genes in samples in provided data, it also allows integration of external knowledge of a gene stability in a sample. A complex scheme of calculations is packed to be used for classical biologists or medical scientists.
