Solanum tuberosum L. (potato) is the most important crop grown almost all over the world. In this study, 30 genomes of potato Solanum tuberosum L. of different varieties grown in Russia were sequenced by paired-end short reads using Illumina platform. The genomes were reconstructed de novo, annotated and pan-genome was reconstructed. Copy number variations and single nucleotide polymorphisms were identified in the genomes and further analyzed and compared with other cultivars from different countries.
