The obtained structures of RBD:P2C5 complex enable to formulate a putative mechanism of the virus-neutralizing activity of the P2C5 nanobody to earlier SARS-CoV-2 variants and to explain its decreased binding to the Delta and Omicron XBB.1 variants.
