Abstract shows high abundance and importance of surface microbial biofilms in food-processing plants in RF. Food-spoilage and pathogenic bacteria are found in such biofilms, including ones carrying determinants of resistance to antibiotics. Structure and microbial content of such  biofilms were investigated. Conclusion made about importance of theirs' investigation.
