Structural Variation in Flax Linum Usitatissimum L. Genome

We studied structural variations (insertions, deletions, amplifications and relocations) in
Flax genomes for 406 accessions from collection of Federal Research Center for Bast Fiber
Crops. These structural variations often occur in significant genes and demonstrate
individual features of cultivars related with breeding history and adaptation to regional
growing conditions.
