Animal genetics
“Taxonomic, genetic and epigenetic diversity of model organisms in translational studies”.

In accordance with the general direction, the following questions will be considered:

  • genetic structure, divergence and evolution of animal populations
  • taxonomic diversity of human pathology models;
  • technologies for maintaining genetic collections of laboratory animals;
  • high-tech phenotyping;
  • forward and reverse genetics in deciphering behavioral and physiological mechanisms;
  • epigenetic effects of in vitro fertilization;
  • genomic and reproductive technology in livestock selection
  • genetic and epigenetic factors of individual variations of connectomes at
    different levels (neuroconnectome; extracellular matrix; circulatory and lymphatic
    systems; interstitial channels);
  • neuroimmunogenetics, behavioral genetics and genetics of protective functions
    (neurotransmitters, neurotrophic factors, cytokines, etc.);
  • neurogenomics of learning and memory modification of gene expression in vivo;
  • intravital neuroimaging;
  • genetic and epigenetic diversity in pharmacological testing brain big data and personality
    bioinformatics approaches in animal genetics.
